The Australian stock exchange is open on weekdays. There is no time for lunch. As soon as the stock exchange opens, it remains open all day. But what are the exact opening hours of the Australian stock exchange?

  • The Australian stock exchange is open from 10:00 to 16:00 local time.
  • The Australian stock exchange is open from ##T|23:00## to ##T|5:00## in your time zone.

As you can see, the Australian stock exchange opens only for a short period every day. You only have six hours to invest in Australian shares.

What are the sessions in Australia?
